Auto Glass Repair, Window Tinting, and Truck Accessories for Durham Drivers
Drivers from Duke University, Research Triangle Park, and neighborhoods like Trinity Park and Old West Durham have been finding their way to our Burlington shop for over 30 years. Whether it's a cracked windshield after a gravel truck on the Durham Freeway or a set of truck accessories for a weekend at Falls Lake, we've built our reputation on straight answers and honest work rather than a hard sell.
The drive from Durham is about 25 to 30 minutes down I-40/I-85, an easy trip for RTP commuters and Bull City residents who would rather skip the wait at a big chain body shop. We keep the doors open for walk-ins on our sales floor and offer free estimates on every job, from a small windshield chip repair to a full auto glass services appointment.
Our shop sits at 953 S Mebane St, Burlington, NC 27215, just off the same interstate corridor most Durham drivers already use to reach the Triad for work or errands.

Our Services
Auto Glass and Window Tinting Services for Durham Vehicles
Two of the services Durham drivers ask for most are windshield work and window tinting, and we keep both moving fast so you're not stuck waiting around all day. Here's what those visits look like.
-
Windshield Chip Repair and Windshield Repair
A small chip from I-85 gravel can spread into a full crack fast, especially with Durham's summer heat and winter cold swings. Our windshield chip repair often takes less than 30 minutes and can save you from a full windshield replacement, and we handle windshield repair claims directly with most insurance carriers.
-
Automotive Window Tinting and Car Window Tinting
We install ceramic window tint and carbon window tint for Durham drivers who want cooler cabins on the drive from RTP or Southpoint without sacrificing visibility at night. Ask about a windshield eyebrow tint strip too, a popular finishing touch for trucks and SUVs around town.
What We Offer
Local Benefits for Durham Drivers
Beyond the work itself, there are a few practical reasons Durham customers keep choosing our shop over a trip to a bigger city or a corporate body shop chain.
-
A Short Drive From Durham
We sit right along the I-40/I-85 corridor, so a trip from Durham, Duke, or RTP rarely takes more than half an hour. Drop your vehicle off in the morning and often have it back the same day for glass work, tinting, or minor auto body repair.
-
Insurance Claim Repairs Handled for You
If your damage came from a rock chip, a hailstorm, or a parking lot ding, we manage the auto insurance claim repairs process directly, from estimate through dent and ding repair, scratch removal, and paint touch-up. You focus on your day, we handle the paperwork.
-
Special-Order Accessories in 24 to 48 Hours
Looking for Jeep accessories, a spray-in bed liner, roof racks and carriers, or a trailer hitch installation with wiring for a trip up to the mountains? Most special-order auto accessories arrive and get installed within 24 to 48 hours, so you're not waiting weeks for parts.

Been using these guys for over 20 years they have did everything from light body work to putting on step rails and bed covers. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work. I've read some of the negative reviews here and they would not have done damage to a car and not fixed it Barry is a honest and straight forward person.
